Changes.

They happen, even if they are hard to face.

Change is difficult. It’s hard to do. It’s messy and complicated. It’s often arduous to anticipate. It’s different than what we are used to.

But often, we must change. We must grow in order to survive. We should strive to be better, do better, create better for the future. We need to change something within ourselves. We have to open our minds. We need to open our hearts.

But in order to do that, we first need to deconstruct whatever it is preventing the change in the first place.

And that is difficult to do.
