The next novella in my fantasy adventure Portals Series will be available on Saturday, 20 September 2025. It tells the story of Ariadne, who is a secondary character in several of the other books, most notably Heirs to the Realm, where she becomes the best friend of Spare Martinez and love interest to the heir to the Portal Seeker.
I needed to tell her own story. So I did. And here it will be on Saturday!
As the only child of the Dynast of the Realm of Original Magic, Ariadne felt that life was much an adventure as the portals she helps to discover and guide. But a catastrophic accident shatters her confidence and the once reckless and fearless woman hides away from the realms. Persuaded by her uncles to join them on a routine visit to another realm, Ariadne tries to push aside her fears as well as her uncertainties about her future. When tragedy strikes and the forgotten must be revisited, Ariadne discovers she must find her recklessness once more. Can she prove to everyone, especially herself, that she can truly be the Scion, or will her doubts continue to get the best of her?

All of my books are standalones. While there may be spoilers for other characters in the later books, they all do not have to be read in order!
So check it out. It WILL be available also in Kindle Unlimited as well. But since it is only a novella at 77 pages long, it will not be released yet in paperback format (it would be too costly to print!). I do have plans for a third anthology of novellas ONCE the future stories are finished.
